TICI (Trades Industrial Co. Inc) is an old company with a new
name and a new vision.
TICI was recently formed by Tracy
Rhodes, President and Leon Motts, CEO. Rhodes and Motts co-founded
TI[I to assume ownership of the mechanical maintenance division of (PEM) Power Equipment
Maintenance, Inc. established in 1996. Motts and Rhodes provided executive leadership
in the management and operations of the successful PEM business unit prior to the
purchase and name change. Together, we have a vision to expand on that success and
provide continued employment and growth for the dedicated employees who have helped
shape the success of TI[I.
Tracy L. Rhodes President brings
over 10 years of management and operations experience
in the heavy industrial and supplemental mechanical maintenance sector.
Rhodes compliments the partnership with his knowledge and expertise in a wide diversity
of industrial plant services. With a technical degree in Industrial Engineering
Rhodes oversees the company’s day to day operation and business development.
Leon T. Motts, CEO has
over 25 years of management, operations and executive leadership experience in the
industrial and power generation construction and contract maintenance business.
With a bachelor of science degree
in Business and a technical degree in Industrial
Engineering, Motts provides guidance,
leadership and marketing strategy for the overall direction for TI[I. As a PMP (Project Management Professional) Motts will
contribute valuable over-site in the performance of project related services.
TICI executives and management team have the utmost confidence in the skills and ability of our supervisors and craft
