TICI celebrates Safety Milestone
We have much to be thankful at the close of our first year. One success we are most proud of is our “Zero” recordable safety rate. Our business strategy has been and always will be to provide a safe work environment for our employees. Through the efforts and watchful eyes of our entire work force we have successfully accomplished what many of our competitors only wish they could accomplish. Safety is a key ingredient to the success of any contractor. Insurance carriers have become extremely cautious about underwriting contracting firms, especially new ones. Many established contractors with poor safety statistics find it very difficult to qualify for workers compensation insurance. TICI knows that having a successful safety record depends on a sound safety culture. That is why we provide many TICI employees with numerous hours of class room safety training and even more employees receive on-the-job training.
